10-09-2009 New Knowledge: I am recently suing Traveler's Ins., Hanna & Brophy Law Firm, All my past Worker's Comp. Lawyers and one of their assistants and PLVTZ which is Levitz Now, for conspiracy and fraud. Also the WC Judge who helped Hanna & Brophy Manipulate my case with bias and above and beyond the law and her duties in favor of the insurance company and the employer. Case #CGC 09-485317 In San Francisco Superior Court.

When you read this case you will find that in the previous case that the court would not allow me to amend because they claimed lack of jurisdiction, even though the amendment would have given them jurisdiction because it was including the WC Judge who aided and abetted the defendants giving this court Jurisdiction, I was not allowed to proceed in that case #CGC 08-477884. The defense screamed because we did not initially add the judge. Once we tried they would not allow us to do so. Judge Mahoney Made this older case with "prejudice towards all defendants." Then bailed and all the rest of the judges would not budge against the defense and has actually used all the WC cases that where won by the fraud and conspiracy against me by the WCAB itself to claim I am a vexatious litigant. Here's why it should not hold. Even my WC Back Injury never would have happened had that conspiracy and fraud never took place. I was working the last 6 months Temporarily Totally Disabled without knowing that I could go home because the reports where hidden from me for 5 1/2 years by both the court, the defense and my own lawyers, until I fired my 3rd lawyer, Vandersloot, who in August 2008 did a demurrer claiming the the chemical injury was already filed and denied before he even took the case back in 1994. He submitted it in Oct. 2008. Which is why Judge Mahoney made Vandersloot's demurrer without leave to amend. Because it proved what Healy said in Present tense at Exhibit J-5 where Mr. Healy, my first lawyer, said it was apropreiate that he file the amended application to toxic substances and in light of Vandersloots Aug. Demurrer where he said it was filed and denied before he even took the case in 1994 then it was hidden even by the WC Judge when I figured it all out when I got my records in June 1995. Ifigured all this out though in the end of 2007 and in 2008 (it's in the record when we put the real truth together.)

It will have to be on contingency. We are talking in the hundreds of millions on all parties in this case just in punitive damages.

California DA's are bought-off by the insurance fraud fund paid for by insurance company's so do not expect any help from any of them. Not just that, California justice system is unconstitutional. "Vexatious litigant" claim is not the claim a judge can judge on without a Jury deciding. Just because a person loses so many cases does not mean any further cases are not on legit grounds and I never claimed Conspiracy and Fraud in the cases until now and you can not use the very cases that where won by that insurance fraud and conspiracy against the person who figures it out much later? If that is the case then the criminals can break laws with fraud and conspiracy and win then once you figure out that they committed it you have no recourse? That is not justice. That is a corrupted broken justice system. In the favor of organized crime. That is what these insurance and the Worker's Comp system in California has become. Organized Criminals corrupting the justice system.

I am not really greedy. I just want my wife happy and she will not be until they pay big time for what they did to my health and my families lives for the last 20 years or more with their conspiracy and fraud and with my employers initial gross negligence.
